Method:

    First version

    Berries picked (and bruised) on a walk. Left unwashed so no water would dilute the gin (the point was berry aroma and I figured the gin would take care of any bugs). It tasted quite good. The berries' pectin actually set it into a jelly, which gave the drinks it went into a pleasantly sumptuous mouthfeel.
